What I Wore: Office Holiday Party

When the date was set for my company holiday party and I found out it was on a Monday immediately after work, my first and only thought was "how can I make sequins appropriate for the office so I won't have to change before the party?" I've had this burgundy sequined skirt for a while now - I found it on Hautelook for a steal a few years ago and couldn't pass it up! - but I've yet to style it with anything other than a simple sweater and tights. For my office holiday party look, I decided to pair it with a black & white printed silk blouse, a black blazer and my cap-toe Chanel pumps for a look that was both festive and professional. The blue envelope clutch was a last minute addition on my way out the door to work and felt like a bit of a risk, but I actually really liked how it looked with the maroon sequins! Let me know what you wore to your office holiday party and what you think of my look in the comments below. :)
