Style Inspiration: Golden Globes 2013

I know I'm a day behind with this post, but I wanted to share my 10 favorite looks from Sunday's Golden Globes red carpet and after party! While there were a few looks that I didn't quite love, I'm going to stay positive by only sharing my nice opinions with you and leaving my criticisms off the blog. :) Make sure to let me know which look is your favorite in the comments below!

Jessica Alba looked stunning in an Oscar de la Renta dress. This color is so gorgeous on her and I love the feathery purse and statement necklace! Her simple hairstyle really let the dress take center stage.

Hayden Pannetiere's dress choices don't normally top my list, but I think she hit it out of the park with this romantic custom designed Roberto Cavalli gown. I love the blush pink, the subtle sparkles and the ruffled mermaid bottom. Her hair and makeup keep her looking young and fresh...a total win!

Nicole Richie has always been one of my favorite style icons and I love this blue Naheem Kahn dress on her. I'm loving this darker blonde shade on her and the Old Hollywood styling is perfect. The funky fringed clutch adds a touch of boho style that we all know and love her for!

Wow. Kate Hudson looks absolutely flawless in this Alexander McQueen creation. She balances out the plunging neckline with long sleeves and the high embellished neck to give us the perfect combination of sexy and chic!

This unique Miu Miu illusion gown looks so pretty with Kerry Washington's skin tone. I love the coral-like embellishments and her choice of neutral shoes and accessories.

The color of this Vivienne Westwood dress is so perfect on Jennifer Garner, don't you think? I love that she skipped a necklace and showed off her classy cleavage and toned upper body. Can you believe this woman has had three kids??

I'm kind of obsessed with this sparkly Reem Acra dress that Isla Fisher chose. I love the sheer illusion shoulders and the modest plunge neckline with her side swept hair - it's just perfectly pretty!

Nina Dobrev wore this fun robin's egg blue Oscar de la Renta dress to the after party and I'm loving it on her. It's young, fun and girly and the silver belt and heels compliment it perfectly.

Selena Gomez was looking great in this short embellished Versace dress at the after party! It showed off her feminine shape while staying age appropriate. The dress has a lot going on, so I think it was smart that Selena chose minimal accessories to let the dress shine.

Last but certainly not least is Sarah Hyland in this amazing Pavoni cocktail dress at the after party. I absolutely love the color and the fit on her and think her long wavy hairstyle and romantic makeup is a perfect match for the dress. Her legs look a mile long which is never a bad thing!!

  1. From this list, Jessica Alba and Isla Fisher are my favorites! But my vote for best dressed (and best face, and best acceptance speech) is for Jennifer Lawrence!

  10. nicole richie looked great and I also love kate hudsons dress, but I think she should have worn her hair up, so we could see the detailed neckline! the color of jessica alba's dress suits her so well and I love her after-party look as well:)
