Shopping List: Pointy Toe Pumps

For some reason, I've never liked pointy toe pumps. I've always favored peep toe or a rounded toe because I felt like pointy toes were too "business" looking for me. Well, I finally bought a cute pair of oxblood suede Steve Madden pumps at DSW a few months back and I've become obsessed! Now all I want is to go out and buy a whole bunch of pairs!! You guys probably know by now that I don't invest in expensive pieces unless they're classic and timeless, so it's not like me to drop hundreds of dollars on a trendy pair of shoes that won't be a staple in my closet for years to come, but if I had a limitless budget, here are some of the dreamy pairs of pointy toes I'd buy. Which is your favorite?

top row, left to right:
Kate Spade New York 'Licorice Too' - $298. {looove the mint color for spring}
Valentino Studded Metal Heel Pumps - $695. {the unexpected rockstud heel makes me want to turn and walk away from everyone so they can see it! ha!}
Jean-Michael Cazabat 'Ella' Suede Pumps - $245. {the shape of these shoes is SOO sexy!}

center row, left to right:
Manolo Blahnik BB Glitter Pumps - $655. {is anything more fun than a pair of gold glittery heels?}
Charles David 'Mali' Pumps - $215. {the lavender/gold cap/ankle strap combo has me swooning}

bottom row, left to right:
Miu Miu Glitter Sole Pumps - $590. {an easy way to add some color and sparkle to your LBD!}
Alice & Olivia 'Dina' Suede Pumps - $207 on sale. {2013's color of the year in a wear-with-everything shape}
Stuart Weitzman 'Hitchup' Heel - $385. {these sweet pumps remind me of cotton candy!}

  1. My vote is for the Charles David 'Mali' Pumps and the Stuart Weitzman 'Hitchup' Heels. The different color toe is in right now, but I don't know if I can pull it off!

  3. I had a hard time getting into pointy toe pumps as well, but they can definitely polish off a look. Love your picks, especially the David Charles ones!

  5. I used to like pointy shoes a lot as I felt they looked sexy but I also feel that round toe shoes make my feet look smaller.
    The studded heel Valentino studded heels are amazing!

  6. I am a pointy toe pump LOVER - even when they went "out" of style for a little bit, I never stopped wearing! I would love to stock up on some blinged out glitter ones this year!
