What I Wore: Leather, Leopard & Pearls

I wore this outfit back in January to judge a local pageant for Miss America - you may have seen a photo of it on Instagram - and because so many people liked it, I decided to do a full shoot with Pedro so you could see all of the details! As I've mentioned, I'm really trying to save more and not shop as much, so I combined pieces I've worn before but had never worn together. You can see how I wore this pearl cuff blouse with leather shorts two years ago here, how I wore this faux leather skirt with a sheer blouse here and to NYC fashion week here, and how I wore these leopard print pumps with stripes and burgundy pants here. It's all about shopping your closet and recreating old pieces when you're on a budget! I really love this outfit because it speaks to all aspects of my personal style {feminine, chic and classic with an edge} and because it combines some of my favorite colors and materials {blush pink, leopard, pearls, sequins and leather.} Let me know what you think about my outfit in the comments below!

let's end the post with what may be my favorite photo ever taken:

dress worn as a blouse: Never Fully Dressed {old; similar}
skirt: Searching For Sanity via LeTote {similar}
pumps: Maiden Lane via Gilt {similar}
clutch: Gift Shop Brooklyn {old; similar}
necklace: c/o Sparkles & Pop
earrings: t+j designs

  1. I love leather paired with blush - such a juxtaposition! xo, Biana - BlovedBoston

  2. You look gorgeous! I love the contrast of styles between the blouse and skirt, works so well together!

  3. Love that skirt! So pretty!

  4. Chrome tanned top-grain calfskin. The calfskin is a called an outside (no completion) with aniline color injected inside the learher messenger bag

  5. I think that thanks for the valuabe information and insights you have so provided here. leather messenger bag vintage
