Weekend Recap: Her Campus College Fashion Week

On Saturday night, I attended Boston's edition of Her Campus College Fashion Week! boohoo.com graciously invited me as a VIP guest which meant I got to sit front row during the fashion show, have two free drinks and received a big swag bag filled with awesome products. They also dressed me from head to toe - more on my outfit to come in tomorrow's post!

Since boohoo dressed all of the models for the show, my first stop was backstage to get a sneak peek of what was about to come down the runway. I loved the mix of colors and textures in the clothing and the fun accessories the models could choose from.

how pretty are those floral sunglasses in the front?

Then I headed over to the boohoo style squad section where everyone could try on boohoo's latest collections and take photos in front of the backdrop.

I spent so much time snapping photos of the boohoo section that I didn't get to stop by the Tresemme hair station or the Bare Minerals makeup table, but they had a line down the stairs of girls who wanted their hair and makeup done!

Then it was time to take our seats and let the show begin. There were three different collections that walked down the runway, and I tried my best to get photos of all my favorite looks, but the lighting and fast pace of the models made it tough...hopefully you can get the gist of it! I've tried to link to as many of the looks as I could find so you can shop the ones you like best!

I'm not a big hat person, but I loved this embellished baseball cap!

this was one of my favorite looks - a sparkly embellished white crop top and a pleated silver skirt

this look had a nice boho vibe for fall - an open sleeve blouse, faux fur vest and wide brimmed hat.

I also snapped a few videos of the girls coming down the runway - you can see a lot of the outfits from my point of view in the front row! :)

Let me know what you think of the boohoo clothing and fashion show in the comments below, and make sure you stop by tomorrow for more photos and details on my sparkly outfit! :)
