Style Inspiration: Unique LBDs
Just because LBDs are classic doesn't mean they need to be boring! There have been lots of celebs walking the red carpets and attending events lately who are wearing little black dresses that are anything but ordinary. From lace to illusion panels to draping to fringe to bold prints, I'm in love with each and every one of these looks! It makes me want to go shopping for a fun, new LBD ASAP. Let me know which look you love in the comments below. :)

Style Inspiration: Met Gala 2015
One of the red carpet events I look most forward to every year is the Met Gala! The most stylish celebrities are invited, and because each year's gala has a different theme, there are always some jaw-droppingly amazing {and sometimes odd} ensembles to look forward to. Last night’s theme was “China: Through the Looking Glass." I've rounded up my favorites here - let me know whose look you liked best in the comments below!
Georgia May Jagger in a Gucci custom lilac silk georgette belted floor length gown embellished with flowers and birds & hand embroidered with silk threads, glass beads and crystals, hairpiece, jewelry, and sandals. I'm obsessed with all of the colors in Georgia's dress and think the entire look is perfect for the theme of this year's gala.
Bee Shaffer in a Alexander McQueen custom gown. This dress is so flattering and the cherry blossom print is lovely. I would wear this in a heartbeat if I were so lucky!
Olivia Munn in a J. Mendel Couture hand-painted silk chiffon gown and Cindy Chao jewelry. I love the patent leather accents and the degrade ombre coloring of this gown.

Style Inspiration: Rose Byrne
Rose Byrne has been promoting her new movie Adult Beginners lately and attending a ton of red carpet premieres and events. Her style has really caught my eye - not only is she absolutely stunning, she really knows how to put together a perfectly chic and polished look! She tends to stick to darker colors which really works for her, and I'm totally inspired by her style. Let me know which of Rose's looks you like best in the comments below!

Style Inspiration: Olivia Palermo
With fashion week happening all over the world, my favorite style star has been hitting the streets, shows, parties, and more in some pretty drool-worthy ensembles. Her outfits never fail to amaze and impress me, even in the frigid winter temperatures. How does she make the same fur scarf look new every time she wears it? How can she pull off those colors together when anyone else would look silly? She expertly layers and styles pieces I would never think to put together and always looks flawless. I've chosen my top 10 Olivia looks of late - which do you like best?

Style Inspiration: Oscars After Party
In addition to seeing so many fabulous gowns on the Oscars red carpet, there are tons of gorgeous outfits that the celebs change into for the Vanity Fair after party. I have to be honest - I loved the majority of the after party gowns more than the red carpet gowns and it was harder for me to narrow down my favorites!! I've picked out my top 10 for you today...let me know which look you like best in the comments below.
Loves:
Zoe Saldana in Prabal Gurung. Her red carpet gown was a total flop for me, but I absolutely loved this flowy, colorblocked dress on Zoe!
Rashida Jones in Andrew Gn. This was one of the only prints we saw at the Oscars this year, and I am head over heels for it! Her earrings are stunning as well.
Diane Kruger in Donna Karan Atelier. Now THIS is how you do a pantsuit! Red hot perfection.

I've rounded up the looks I loved and a few honorable mentions that I liked but wasn't totally sold on. Let me know what you think of my picks and which looks were your favorite in the comments below! :)

Margot Robbie in Saint Laurent. Love the hair, love the makeup, love that vintage tassel statement necklace, love the sheer sleeves. So chic and sophisticated from head to toe!
Rosamund Pike in Givenchy. This dress is so perfect for her figure and I love the classic red lace details.
Marion Cotillard in Dior. I know a lot of people are going to hate this look, but this is haute couture at its finest and it's so unique and captivating when she turns around!

Style Inspiration: Golden Globes After Parties
After the show is the after party, which means more gorgeous celebrity style to admire! I wasn't in love with the majority of the after party looks I saw, so I don't have a full top 10 to share, but there were a handful that I found particularly gorgeous. Which celeb's look was your favorite?
Alessandra Ambrosio in Zuhair Murad. I'm kind of over the see through dresses with the "underpants" look underneath, but I still really loved this dress on Alessandra. Maybe it's the color, or maybe it's because the dress is just so pretty!
Sarah Hyland in Emilio Pucci. If I had her body, I would definitely wear this! Love the mix of sequins and leather and that she didn't overdo it with the jewelry.
Jamie Chung in ?. The color, the cut, the neckline, the fabric...everything about this dress is perfect. {PS: Does anyone know who designed her gown? I can't find it anywhere online!}

I've rounded up my favorite looks from last night's Golden Globes in no particular order - which did you like best? Was there anyone you think I missed who should have made the cut?
Chrissy Teigen in Zuhair Murad. Can I please please please borrow this dress, Chrissy? It's perfection, as is everything about your look!
Allison Williams in Armani. This dress was absolutely stunning - the photo doesn't do it justice!
Julianne Moore in Givenchy Couture. I loved everything about this dress! Sequins, feathers, ombre...a winning combination!

A first date, brunch, the office, an event...it really can take you from day to night! The sleek pony and minimal jewelry tie the look together and keep it neat. Get the Look: Emma Watson
I don't know about you, but I check InStyle's celebrity look of the day religiously - I never miss a day! I love seeing what the most stylish celebrities are wearing on the street, on the red carpet, at events and beyond. Because I'm always admiring these looks, I want to start a series of "get the look" posts where I try to find a similar outfit to what our favorite celebs are wearing for less. I really enjoyed putting today's post together, and I hope you love it as well!
When I saw Emma Watson in this simple yet utterly chic Ralph Lauren Collection ensemble, carrying a Roger Vivier clutch and wearing Anna Khouri jewelry, I was totally blown away. Some might look at her outfit and think, "what's the big deal? She's wearing white and grey...boring." But I absolutely love the beauty in the simplicity and cleanliness of her look. Her hair and makeup were perfect as well...Emma never looks bad, but I think she looks the most beautiful I've seen her here!

Emma Stone in custom Thakoon. The colors are perfect on her and I LOVE her hair!
Blake Lively in Gucci. Love the color, the sparkle, the cut...perfection.

Style Inspiration: Zoe Hart
When I was stuck home after my surgery, I started watching the show Hart of Dixie on Netflix and became instantly addicted. I've always loved Rachel Bilson and I find her quirky humor on her newest show hilarious, but my favorite part about watching is seeing all of her amazing outfits! You can tell that Rachel's real-life style influences her character Zoe Hart's ensembles and she's particularly good at pairing separates together and has inspired me to wear more cute jackets. Here are some of my favorite Zoe looks - which do you like best?

Style Inspiration: Black & White
I've done a style post on celebs wearing black and white before, but there have been so many chic colorless ensembles lately that I had to do another feature post! Each and every one of these ladies proves that you don't need color to look fantastic. Which outfit is your favorite? {Sidenote: I want Karlie Kloss' body.}
