Shopping List: Neutral Spring Totes

On a typical work day, I carry my Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM tote in the Damier Ebene print. It fits everything I need for for the day: gym clothes, a water bottle, a pair of heels to change into at the office, a makeup bag and more! I've had that bag for 2.5 years now and I'm still obsessed with it, but I've been looking for a similar sized tote in a lighter color to carry for the spring and summer months. Sometimes I feel the dark brown is a bit, well, dark for these warmer days! I'm partial to simple, feminine styles in light beige, pink and lavender tones and prefer leather so the bag can last for years to come. Here are my top 9 picks - which is your favorite?

top row, left to right:
Kate Spade New York 'Signature Spade Small Coal' bag - $298 {love the quilting, bow and chain straps!}
Rachel Zoe 'Every Day' tote - $350 {I like the turnlock closure detail}
Furla 'Olimpia' medium shopper - $428 {a classic, wear-with-everything tote}

middle row, left to right:
Rebecca Minkoff 'Dylan' tote - $295 {the light lavender color is so pretty}
Cole Haan 'Haven' tote - $248 {the epitome of simple chic}
Red Valentino 'Bow' tote - $450 {my favorite color with a huge bow...this might be the winner for me!}

bottom row, left to right:
Coach 'Colorblock North/South' tote - $298 {the pink stripe adds a fun pop of color}
Marc by Marc Jacobs 'Flipping Dots' tote - $598. {the leather is embossed with polka dots!}
Sam Edelman 'Gisele' tote - $298. {love the snakeskin print on the sides}

  3. It's like you literally have been reading my mind with this post!! I have been searching for a lighter tote as well (and thought about just getting the LV in damier azur) but have not found just a simple but stylish tote that isn't $2000. I really love the RED Valentino bow tote as well!

  8. In fact, your resume should only be one or two pages long, and you should be able to fit all the essentials, as professional resume writing tells you how long a well-written resume should be and more.
