Neutral Wedges, Platform Sandals & Espadrilles

Now that it is (un)officially summer, it's time to update our wardrobes with the perfect neutral wedge, platform sandal or espadrille. I think it's important to invest in one pair of summer heels that you absolutely love and can go with all of your dresses, no matter the color or pattern. Plus, neutral heels elongate your legs and make you look taller and slimmer! Here are my top picks - which pair do you like best?

Yves Saint Laurent 'Tribute' Sandal in Nude - $795. If I had a fatter wallet, these would be the sandals I'd go for! I think they are perfect in every way, but for now, they will be just a dream...

GUESS Ohmarla Platform Sandals - $115. Here's a more affordable platform sandal option with a chunky heel for those of us who can't spend $800 on shoes. :)

Dolce Vita Orla Cutout Wedge Sandals - $190. I looove the unique cutout detail on these strappy wedge sandals, don't you?

Vera Wang Lavender Label Penny Espadrilles - $165. The cute flower detail makes these espadrilles super feminine. They would also look great with shorts!

TopShop PENDULUM Cross Strap Platforms - $180. The embossed snake pattern on the criss cross straps make these platforms really stand out.

GUESS Kambria Printed Wedges - $110. I love the ankle strap and subtle stripes on these espadrille wedges.

Diane von Furstenberg Opal Crisscross Wedge Sandals - $295. I have a pair of wedges that are very similar to these and I absolutely love how the wide leather straps cross over my ankles.

Sam Edelman Josie Wedge Sandals - $150. With a lower heel height, these pretty strappy sandals are ideal for those who prefer to stay closer to the ground. :)

  1. I absolutely adore neutrals! So flattering on practically all skin-types. I'm in love with that first pair! Just wish that brand wasn't so darn expensive!
